The Situation: Ukraine and Russia

Lark & Owl Booksellers is pleased to present the inaugural community event in what will be a regular series, The Situation. Each session will feature a current event, presenter or panel, and an opportunity for a Q&A. And of course, books on the topic, for those of you eager to take an even deeper dive.

This month, we are honored to introduce the L&O community to Anthony Triola, who has a long history with political science, the military, and Russia — not the least of which was as the Russia Ground Officer for the European Command from 2009 to 2012. Some of you may also know him from his Russian History Class at Georgetown’s Senior University.
